- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Remember you get what we pay for. You don't by a Toyota and expect a Cadillac engine. Most tv service providers offer low estimate rates just to get your business, but do a bad job in diagnosing your fixing your problem. Our trip and estimate charges are $45.00 because we try to do the job right the first time with professionalism and understanding of the customers needs. This price is also added to the final repair cost if the unit is authorized for repair after estimate is given. Our Labor rate is slightly higher then most business because we allow the customer to order their own part, by providing them with vendor and ordering infomation, saving them money with no parts markup costs.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always try to choose a service provider that some of your friends or relatives have used in the past and provided them with good service. Ask questions about your set before hiring someone, such as trip and estimate charge.
