- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use standard industry prices and work with insurance directly when a claim has been filed. We offer discounts when paying directly (not going through insurance)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a site visit and thoroughly explain what we recommend, give an on-site price if possible or get you an estimate if needed. For emergencies we generally just need a claim number for us to get started and bill the insurance after the work has been completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are IICRC certified in Water Damage, Mold, Fire and Trauma Scene IICRC certififications- WRT, ASD, AMRT, FST, TSR
