A. Preparing for your appointment is easy!

Read reviews to help you decide on where and who to go to. There are quite a few review sites; google places, yelp.com, and citysearch.com being a few of them.

Stop shaving! :). (this includes trimming or using chemical depilatories such as Nair). Your hair will need at least two weeks of growth to receive optimal results from your wax.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I'm not sure? I just approach business like I do my personal life. I treat others how I'd like to be treated. Sounds pretty simple.

I make others feel comfortable about themselves. I take my time to do a great job, so there is no room for dissatisfaction. I work by appointments only, so my clients don't feel rushed. I educate my clients during the process, so they know what to expect.

Most importantly, I think, is I love what I do and it shows. :)

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Helping people! :) Sounds cheesy, but I really enjoy helping people feel better about themselves. Not just aesthetically, but mentally as well. I love talking with my clients and getting to know them. I feel like I get to hang out with my friends all day!

Also, being a perfectionist, waxing gives me a sense of satisfaction knowing my clients leave with a great wax every time!

A. Q) I've started my menstrual cycle, may I still get waxed?

A) Yes, you may still get waxed. Keep in mind the week prior to your menstrual cycle, as well as the first couple days of your cycle, are usually the most sensitive. If you'd still like to come in for your appointment, please wear a tampon.

The week following your cycle is usually the least-sensitive time to get waxed. Please also allow between two and three weeks of growth, if this is your first waxing and you've been shaving. This will ensure you have great results and will be satisfied with your service!
