Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Currently weddings and events.....in the past I did conventions and architectural photography for major casinos, high end realty & clients worldwide
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Do you get copyright to images? do I get prints? how much? how many years experience? is this all you do for a living? references? Quality of work...
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. my work stands out for several reasons, a great PRICE, extensive EXPERIENCE and excellent QUALITY.....not to mention a personality that will make you feel at ease and in good hands....I care about what I do 1rst and foremost...it isnt about the money for me...yes I have a wife and kids to support...but....money comes with hard work....so I work hard for you....the reward for me is I know I gave it my all, the client is very pleased, and I can feel good about what I've done at the end of the day....
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I LOVE my "job" it isn't really a job, more like a joy that I get paid to do....I was a mechanic as a past career, that was miserable! Being self-employed is wonderful and I highly reccommend it to anyone sufficiently motivated to do so.... I love when I get positive feedback or when I exceed the clients expectations.....that happens almost weekly ....

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I was told by many many people duing my years as a mechanic to become a photographer, I had won numerous awards at photo shows and had sold many enlargements to co-workers and at craft malls....(nature art photography) then when taking college course on computer graphic arts for a degree, I ran into some professional photographers that needed an assistant....I learned the business end of photography from them...plus valuable other skills such as lighting, and moved on to my own business a year and a half later ...that was back in 1997
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. It was a couple that had just gotten married, he stated his new bride only likes maybye 10% of the photos that she is ever in, and that I would have my work cut out for me...lol.....we spent 2 hours along the Las Vegas strip at various locations, different background and poses....when we were done (budget wedding) I downloaded the images and gave them thier hi-res copy on USB flash drive, the next day the client texted me stating that I had done the impossible and that his wife liked 90% of the photos!!!! now that's a good day for me as they were VERY pleased and I exceeded thier expectations by 9x :-)

Q. Write your own question and answer it.
A. Do I need a car or limo after the wedding for photos along the Las Vegas strip? YES it is highly reccomended...limos are very convenient...readily available and as low as $50 per hour and can carry upwards of 25 people.... taxi lines can take 1/2 hour, are somewhat costly ...you can rent a car too if it just you and your new spouse...but getting around Vegas ...traffic can be a bear....not for the meek!
