Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. If you are looking to hire a wedding officiant be sure to speak with them at length and get a feel for their outlook about providing your ceremony. Ask questions such as: How would you make the ceremony unique for us? How long have you been performing wedding ceremonies? Think about the wedding day and how the Minister will meet you and are they offering a lot of support in regards to providing information about licensing requirement before and after the wedding. Also, if you are planning your own wedding ceremony at your home, who will coordinate the details on the day of the ceremony. Be sure you know what the Minister is prepared to do for you with respect to timing, music and processional, recessional guidance. This all matters a great deal and cuts down on the stress the day of the wedding.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. There are many choices for wedding locations in Las Vegas other than the traditional choices. For instance, one gem idea is to rent a house and have the benefit of home away from home. You can have your family or guests stay with you and have the wedding and reception there and save a lot of money. It's an intimate way to have a ceremony without being price gouged by the Las Vegas market.

A. Ceremony to Remember offers an unusual service in that it provides a variety of wedding services to couples. We can accommodate the small or intimate on location service or the full scale wedding with reception. Whether it’s a simple of formal affair, we will customize the services and handle the wedding with care and attention to detail.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Rev. Julie Nourish enjoys meeting and traveling to all the different locations she has an honor to be involved with. Over the years she has traveled to scenic outdoor areas like the Grand Canyon, Valley of Fire, beautiful country clubs and lakes. The most enjoyable aspect however is meeting and serving so many wonderful people.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. HOW LONG DO THE CEREMONIES LAST?

The typical pre-determined ceremony will last approximately anywhere from 5- 20 minutes. Remember, these ceremonies do not involve a Church service and therefore are typically not as long as many couples have experienced. However, the ceremonies can be modified to be longer and customized individually for each couple. Therefore, the length of the ceremony is determined by the couple. If special dialogue additions are inserted by the couple into the ceremony, it will last longer than the average time mentioned above.

ARE THERE ANY FAITH REQUIREMENTS? Rev. Nourish and the wedding officiates of Custom Las Vegas Weddings serve couples who are not affiliated with any particular faith or religion and also those who are but do not attend a specific church. They do not require that you belong to any certain faith nor attend a church. The only requirement is that you have a sincere love for one another and that your intentions are sincere.

IS THE CEREMONY LEGAL IN OTHER COUNTRIES IF PERFORMED IN LAS VEGAS?

Yes, couples from all over the world have gotten married here since Las Vegas began offering wedding ceremonies. I will guide the couples in all the marriage information they need both before and after the wedding to make sure they are legal and happy.
