3. Make sure that you're protected against further attacks on your
computer(s) with excellent virus scanning software
4. Make sure that all of your hardware is functioning properly
5. Ensure that your computer is running just as fast and as good
as when you first bought it
6. Teach you how to use any software that I install on your computer
or any other software; I teach computer programming too.
* I always backup your data if a re-install of Windows is going to be
the only way to fix the problem. That way, you don't lose your data.
* I can come to your home to do the work, if preferred, or you can
drop off your computer to me, and I can do the work here in the
computer shop.
