I specialize in special needs diets. I am a Registered Dietitian. I am able to accommodate a wide variety of special diets, including but not limited to renal, celiac, diabetic, and vegetarian. I love getting to meet new people, cook in gorgeous kitchens, and make wonderful food for people who enjoy it. I also find it really rewarding to make a difference in the way someone is able to enjoy food: from giving them a unique menu for their event, to lessons on how to make those pastries they love so much, to providing them with much needed nutrition in the form of prepared meals.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I decided to become a personal chef after meeting one at a friend's wedding. The chef told me about what she did on a day to day basis and I thought it sounded like the most enjoyable job I had ever heard of.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    The majority of the work we do here at Chef's Palette is for intimate dinner parties and special occasions. One recent birthday dinner party was followed by a lesson on how to make Banana's Foster and Cherries Jubilee. All of the ladies had a blast watching the flaming desserts and enjoying them afterwards. In between events, we provide weekly meals to professionals wanting to eat healthier and better. Meals are prepared right in home, leaving the house smelling wonderful. The fridge and/or freezer are stocked with freshly prepared meals to enjoy. This eliminates the possibility of those last minute trips to fast food for dinner and allows the client to eat what they want to eat.
