- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because we drive to a client's home or business we have a minimum of one hour service. We do not charge travel unless it is outside the Reno/Sparks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend our franchises corporate meetings, keep up on the latest computer technology through the web, and constantly seek out solutions to our challenging jobs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Randy is first a teacher, then a computer technician. He got a job teaching computers at a business college years ago and that led him into programming and now into owning and running Friendly Computers. He is able to really communicate with our clients because his first love is teaching. We hire employees who can also do this.
