I am a (raw) food chef, educator, entrepreneur, and author. I teach recipe classes, demos, workshops and classes for the Washoe County Continuing Education Program. I also teach classes at local churches called "Your Health According to the Scriptures".
Special event catering is a specialty, and I have been providing a weekly local lunch delivery for the last year. No gluten, dairy, preservatives, or cooking. Why knock out the nutrients?
I manufacture a product called "Amazin Grazin Snacks", packaged goods are available at the Co-Op here in Reno. I also sell nut milk bags, Shaklee and juice plus products and recipe books. The classes are fun and the students come back over and over again. Come and join us!
