I was very disappointed with this cleaning service. I was given excuse after excuse about why he couldn't clean things -- and everything he claimed was "impossible to clean", I later got out with a damp rag. He charged an extra $30 for cleaning up high, and then failed to clean there. The amount of dust that is caked in the areas he failed to clean (very obvious and in plain sight areas) made my rags black with just a single swipe. In short, if you've been given a quote by this company, do not accept it. I am still working on cleaning all the items he failed to clean during his supposed "deep clean".

Before I leaving the Hotel Best Choise Inn. South Lake Tahoe, I request in multiple times to review my job, you all ways told me that was well done, remember I just clean-up 8 rooms included the one with dog food and bad smell, the rooms 216 and 217 with high pullution contamination, the baths had to be clean for a company that have a special licences that I told you that I have not in my company, and I told yo you manager before I take my pay check if you find something do not well done, you just need call me and then I back and do well without charge.
