A. I like meeting the various people that hire me and solving their computer or website related issues. Sometimes the feeling of being a wizard, in their eyes, is quite pleasing!
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. Computers have fans and they draw air in for circulation to cool the processor and other essential hardware. The computer interior needs to be dusted out occasionally. I cannot tell you how many "speed" issues can be solved just by cleaning out the computer case interior and allowing the components to breathe. Always a surprise when I open the computer case to take a look. Cat toys, mice, spider webs, gobs of cob webs, animal hair and dust lurk and help to take out your computer prematurely.

I backed up all files to an external drive, clean any dust from the laptop compartments, installed Windows 7, installed all OS updates, installed Office 2013 and all updates. install media codecs and all other productivity software, adobe reader, abobe flash, etc. I then moved old files from external drive and placed in folder on new desktop. Total time = more than I billed for. Cost $200.00
