Last year, I was busy planning my wedding, trying to figure out which vendors to use and what not. The tricky part for me was that although our wedding would take place at the Tannenbaum on Mt. Rose, in Reno, I lived in Las Vegas... So, meeting with vendors would be a challenge. Well, in steps "A Perfect Pear" - I can't even remember how I found them online, but I loved their menu options and the fact that they were willing to work with a bride over email. I flew up and did a tasting with my fiance, and that sealed the deal!!! Knowing how hard it was for me to plan a wedding from afar, the gals at "A Perfect Pear" went above and beyond! They pointed me in the right direction for affordable alcohol for our reception, suggested an excellent cake gal (Cindy from the Eldorado Casino)... they even made chocolate covered stir spoons for our hot chocolate bar - we had a winter wedding! And of course, the food was excellent. We had a cocktail hour with hors d'uvres followed by a sit down meal with 3 menu options. Our guests loved the Fettucini Florentine and Slow Roasted Carnitas the most! The cost included real dishes, bread on the tables, drinks... Our tables looked classy! AND they provide staff and a cleanup crew. Altogether, I could not have been more pleased with "A Perfect Pear." They made it easy to sit back and enjoy my wedding, which is all you want from a vendor, right?!? Five stars! :D

A Perfect Pear Catering did a wonderful job at our wedding. The service was top notch and the food was just wonderful. Our guest raved about everything from the cocktail snacks, the salad, to the wonderfully served meals. I would recommend the company for any event

A Perfect Pear Catering is fantastic and I recommend them highly! They catered my fathers 80th Birthday Party and the food was superb and the response from our guests was great, It is so nice to be able to enjoy the party and not worry about the food, or asking friends and family to bring something. It allows everyone to be treated. I have been to a few events that were catered by them and the food and service is always phenomenal. It is a pleasure to recommend them. Treat yourself...you will be glad you did.

A Perfect Pair is a great catering company for all of your needs! We had a small-ish summer backyard cocktail party and A Perfect Pair was terrific. Sarah will work with you to get just the right look, tone and feel of your party. She is open to allowing you to do what YOU want and does not impress upon you her own ideas, but is at the ready with suggestions and ideas when you want them. On the day of the event, her staff arrived on time and set up quickly and easily. They were willing to go above and beyond to make sure the evening was a success, and they cleaned up nicely. And last, but not least, the food was fantastic--and that's what you guests will remember!!!

I used the Perfect Pear for a graduation party of 50 people. It was AWESOME!!! The meeting to pick foods and price estimate went great and they came to our home/venue. The food delivery and setup was on time and great to look at. Now the important stuff, the food. All the guests loved the food and left stuffed due to the generous portions. Having someone so awesome take care of such an important part of the day was a relief. I would highly recommend A Perfect Pear Catering!

We love to cater weddings! It has become our specialty! We will custom write menu's for our clients, so each Bride and Groom has a say in what they would like! We can do full service sit down meals, backyard BBQ's, or amazing appetizers for up to 350 guests! We look forward to working with you!
