- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are VERY aggressive with our pricing compared to brick and mortar stores. We have the advantage of running out of a home office. we can pass those savings on to you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to get to know the customers needs and expectations. Once we know that we can give our honest opinion on what is best for them. We can assess you current PC or answer your questions about getting a new one.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken a few classes and online courses, but my knowledge comes from genuine interest in the field that drives continuous updates in a constantly changing tech scene.
