Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Talk to the provider first to determine if the services match your needs. Also review the testimonials from previous clients.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I would want to work with someone who customizes a plan specifically for me, not someone who uses a standard format for everyone.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. The questions should be based on the clients needs. They should have their concerns ready to be addressed by the professional and if they are not comfortable with the responses, seek another professional.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. There is NO special food, shakes, diet, deprivation, feeling hungry, scales, weighing food, rules, shoulds or should nots... just a new way of eating.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Watching my clients transform, both physically and emotionally.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Is this really going to work?
It depends if you are ready to make the changes. It works 100% of the time if you are ready to change your patterned behavior.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. Because everyone learns and embraces this process at a different speed, it may be week 2 or week 12 when they "get it". I had a client who extensively travels, call me from the Chicago airport to excitedly tell me, he "got it".
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. That I walk the talk myself every day, have lots of patience and compassion and would do this for free if I didn't need to make a living.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. Personal experience.
