FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
From a lifetime of athletics, a fascination with fitness and the love of science. My curiosity and motivation to learn new things helped me become a great teacher. I believe knowledge is useless if one keeps it to themselves. Im here to share what I've collected over the decades til now.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with everyone from high level athletes to their mothers and grandparents. I've worked with people for post physical therapy, to people in wheelchairs with ms, md, and paralysis. I can help you, as long as YOU want to help You.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be prepared for the long haul and make sure you are willing to take instructions and make the necessary adjustments. Know that the trainer is only part of your grand scheme of things. The major action happens when the trainer is no where around and you're in the kitchen, or showing up to the gym on your own for all the little extras. If one wants more, one has to give more. Be prepared to give more of yourself for yourself.
