Upon my meeting with him he was prompt, reliable, and very knowledgeable about the work he does, and his profession. He ensured that the process of serving the legal paper work to the parties involved would be done immediately. He was also great at keeping me abreast, and followed-up with me when necessary. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact by phone I always arrange to meet with new clients face to face if possible or via web services such as Skype or Facetime etc. I also have the capabilities to receive and send secure documents via web and assure quality and promptness in accomplishing services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years in the Legal Field with focus on Legal Process Service. I have achieved various degrees in Criminal Justice and Paralegal Administration as well as NYS State Security licenses related to legal service of process, surveilance & security. I have a solid knowledge with legal document service, creation and maintenance and my work ethic always results in positive and professional recommendations.
