Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Most of our Events are usually Buffet Style self service.
However recently we have hosted a number of sit down dinners at clients residences, bringing in our chef and staff to execute 3-5 course dinners.
Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.
A. 1. 15 person in home sit down dinner. we provided the chef, the menu and ingredients, paired wines and beverages, provided wait and bus staff, and executed the evening flawlessly
2. 35 person backyard "pizza party". we bought an expert pizza maker, a ton of dough, and taught kids and there parents how to make a pizza. (we can provide an oven however one was already built on premise)
3. 125 person corporate catering event. this event was buffet style and included many high end dish's including home made pastas with saucing ranging from Bolognese, lamb Ragu, truffle cream, and traditional marinara. Skirt steaks, mini Panini, 3 different chicken dishes and an array of Salads. this was an especially fun event to execute as the business owners we fun, friendly, and left the ball in our court to execute this awesome event.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
do not jump on the cheapest bid. more likely then not you will get the cheapest quality and cheapest service.
