Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Ours services are evenly spit between doggy daycare, walking and boarding. We absolutely love getting to know each and every dog and their personality. Interacting with pets is the absolute greatest joy and job and we couldn't imagine spending our day any differently.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. We really go above and beyond the make sure that the dogs and their owners are taken care of to the max. Building a long-term trusting relationship is paramount to the happiness and success of your experience with us. We absolutely love animals and make sure that your pup is looked after with the care and dignity you extend to your best friend.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Our business was founded on our dedication to the person-dog bond. Each of our services and products we endorse are diligently researched and heart-felt with our clients and dogs' health and happiness at the forefront.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I like making it possible for people with dogs to live a guilt-free lifestyle by providing my reliable, responsible pet care so that they can enjoy their pet 24/7.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A.

1) How much do you charge?
-20 min walk- $17
-1 hour walk- $25
---- additional dog is $10.
-Boarding- $75/night (we are NOT a kennel, we offer beds, our laps and loving, personalized care to your pet-- the same that you offer to your animal in your home)
- Doggy daycare- $25 (up to 4 hours)
-Doggy daycare- $45 (up to 9 hours)

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. While we love to try to accommodate all of our clients, it's very important that people understand that punctuality for pick-up and drop off is essential to us getting every dog walked, other customers and to the dogs. We give dogs walks several times a day and want to make sure that this rhythm is as consistent as possible. We really appreciate a heads-up if you are going to be even a few minutes late. =)

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. As animal lovers, we do our best to stay in the loop with the latest developments in the dog professional world. We do this by belonging to several Professional Pet Associations such as Long Island Pet Professionals and also the Pet Sitters Association. We are also avid researchers to trends and regularly interact with Vets, Vet-Techs and other pet professionals to share knowledge and news.
