FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As animal lovers, we do our best to stay in the loop with the latest developments in the dog professional world. We do this by belonging to several Professional Pet Associations such as Long Island Pet Professionals and also the Pet Sitters Association. We are also avid researchers to trends and regularly interact with Vets, Vet-Techs and other pet professionals to share knowledge and news.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Ours services are evenly spit between doggy daycare, walking and boarding. We absolutely love getting to know each and every dog and their personality. Interacting with pets is the absolute greatest joy and job and we couldn't imagine spending our day any differently.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
While we love to try to accommodate all of our clients, it's very important that people understand that punctuality for pick-up and drop off is essential to us getting every dog walked, other customers and to the dogs. We give dogs walks several times a day and want to make sure that this rhythm is as consistent as possible. We really appreciate a heads-up if you are going to be even a few minutes late. =)
