- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work on a flat fee basis once the project scope is determined and we review the project site. We will also work on a percentage of the budget. Drawings are an additional fee. Reimbursable Expenses: any out of pocket costs relating to your project specifically, ie, transportation, goods or services. Delivery fee's not included Installer gratituties not included
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our intital conversation we make a date to meet. Going to the project site allows us to develop the scope of work and determine the time frame, logistics, a preliminary budget outline based on client needs. We listen carefully to their objectives, observe their sensabilities and determine what their overall desired outcome of the projects is. We create Pinterst Boards for more efficient communication regarding furniture design, colors, fabrics, accessories anuytjhing to do with the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Stuart Warner is a graduate of Parsons School of Design and has been doing enviornmental design for many years. Tim York has a BS in Business/Marketing from Northeastern University and has been a partner with Stuart for over 20 years
