I was recently tasked with completing my custody/divorce trial in the NYS Supreme Court as a pro se litigant. Having no legal experience at all, this was needless to say both a daunting and seemingly impossible situation. Mr. Alderson prepared what seemed like an endless array of required documents for me to provide opposing counsel and present to the court as well. Mr. Alderson was in constant contact with me not only to verify that I had received any necessary documents, but to follow up and insure that I had delivered them to the appropriate channels. His committed service to my need for extensive document preparation enabled me to proceed with my trial confidently and in a well prepared state. Through having Mr. Alderson execute the document preparation required for my case, I was able to focus my energies on other aspects of my trial. I prevented my wife from acquiring sole custody of our children, and was able to win an even amount of time with our children.
