About me:

Established in 2007. Samantha Aguilar, owner and creator of NYC Pet Services, first started walking dogs at the age of 13. Since then, she acquired a lot of experience working in vet clinics, helping the doctor in various tasks as well as volunteering and working at different kennels. Shortly afterwards, she worked for an infamous dog hotel within the heart of Manhattan, but did not like how at night they were created for bed, rather than giving the client and the pet, the option of freedom from stress and anxiety which comes from being locked in a crate for many hours.
So, she decided to take a chance on her own and start her own business where cage-less private boarding and daily daycare would be offered, but together with freedom and all the TLC every pet deserves. Also her main motto and goal is to provide a loving "like home experience". From then on, she has never had a single disappointed client, and continues to offer excellent service at low rates all in the heart of a Astoria and with an excellent team behind her.

  We were very happy with Samantha's service, she took care of our 2 year old Dachshund, Rusty, We had such piece of mind knowing that she was taking care of everything for Rusty while we were on vacation. She is very professional and thorough. When ever I emailed her about how my Rusty was doing, she emailed me back ASAP. When I called her, she was there to answer. I know my Rusty had a good time with the other pups she was also taking care of. Her prices are great and she truly cares for and loves your pets. She even emailed me two days after we picked up Rusty to see how he was doing. We will definately use her in the future, she's awesome!

  samantha truly cares for animals just as anyone would for their child! Once i dropped my dog off, he was acting as if he were at home! She gives them tons of love and attention. She is reliable and always answers any concerns or questions one may have. I keep bringing my dog back because i know he loves it, and i wouldnt leave my dog wit anyone who just looks after him I want someone who gives him affection, love and fun, and that person is samantha. She is the greatest.

  For anyone Who's thinking of using NYC Pet Service's look no further, I left my two Bostons under her care for a month (Junior & Ellie) when I went on vacation with my wife. We were encouraged by her to check in with her on a daily bassis if we wanted to just too make sure they were ok since it was our first time with out our babies. When we came back it was as if they found a second home with all there new doggie companion's they made in there stay with NYC Pet Service's. I encourage anyone who's looking for a sitter or walker to use there Service's you won't find a better animal lover then Stephanie(owner). Thank You NYC Pet Services.

  I can't say enough good things about Samantha. She took excellent care of my giant puppy. He has a pretty serious fear issue and I was reluctant to leave him with a stranger, but in our initial Meet and Greet Samantha just seemed so warm and EXCITED to get to know my dog that I figured I'd give it a chance. By the time I picked him up, it was obvious that he had been treated well, and trusted and loved her (he could have cared less that I walked through the door to get him!!!). She is very accomodating- my darling Cicero is over a 100lbs of ill mannered puppy and she had not one negative thing to say about him. She was also able to accomodate a longer stay than anticipated and kept me up to date with a great picture and text messages. She's also honest- I accidentally paid for an extra day, which she promptly notified me of. We'll leave it at this- I hope she was serious when she said she'd welcome Cicero back in her home!!
