I arranged a date over the phone with Clark to pressure wash my house. A few days later Clark called and said he could the work a little sooner and we agreed on a new date. He showed up on the morning he said, but called me while I was at work and said his pressure washer would not start and he would come back the following Monday. On Monday, no Clark. Tuesday, no Clark. I left 2 voice mails requesting a new date, but the calls were never returned.
