We hired John to do a home inspection on my father's house after he passed away. John prepared very detailed notes, with accompanying pictures, and categorized them as safety, repair/replace, repair/maintain, evaluate or monitor. When I showed the house to a very interested couple I provided them a copy so they could take their time and read it and then walk through it with the comments and pictures. We accepted their offer and they are currently working off John's report to fix it up. Obviously John would be the best case scenario for a buyer as well. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.
