I am a dazzling speaker and author of life enhancing books such as, Young Adults Think Believe and Become Rich, as highlighted on MYLITV, CH 12 News and 98.3 KJOY, has a unique delivery of messages for all ages that goes far beyond personal inspiration.

Mr. Bailey uses the hard earned lessons of his youth to inspire, motivate and uplift young people and those of his generation to aspire to do and to be anything that they dream of. This is a man who as a child experienced his home burning down to the ground and the loss of his two best friends in a drowning accident. He well knows every fear, loneliness, need and desperation of persons of all ages and all phases of life. His messages have an effect because they come from a place of realness as he stresses, No excuses!

Raised in a warm but strict home; and though surrounded by difficult times, the love and affection he received from his family gave him power and strength to be able to move out and expand his coasts while sharing those powerful lessons and bonds. As Mr. Bailey has said, “That display of love has driven me to be a giver to my fellow man; and totally engulfed my entire being every bit as much as those flames engulfed my home, while I and my family helplessly watched from the curb.”

The fourteenth of fifteen siblings, Mr. Bailey’s large 6’6 250lb frame is dwarfed only by his humility as he shares lessons from his childhood of surviving on limited resources, rising above hardships, and accepting responsibility for one’s own personal success. Such as when he and his twin shoveled snow off of local courts and played long hours in the cold in desperation of gaining athletic scholarships, which they did, after being unexpectedly cut from their HS basketball team.

He does this in a most entertaining and provocative way. Many of his teachings discuss this and similar triumphs over failed personal relationships, shattered dreams, and overcoming seemingly insurmountable odds. He makes you feel the drama of his facing down the barrel of a gun to rescue a family member and his tragedy of losing many childhood friends to drugs and violence due to poor choices. Much of his shared information is that which most people would have to travel the globe to discover.

Surely Mr. Bailey does more than wow any audience that is privileged to hear him speak, he engages his audience with spontaneous banter; frequently encouraging participation in impromptu skits and roll playing.

He promises never a dull moment. When he is presenting sensitive material, he is serious and the room is quiet. Within minutes however, just as quickly, he can turn the audience into a laughing frenzy. He understands the importance of aligning his body language and temperament with each and every word delivered. His listeners are left anxious to race home and immediately put into action his heart felt message.
