"WHY PAY MORE TO REPLACE THAT BROKEN DOOR?"
(or anything else, for that matter)
Although our areas of expertise includes all aspects of residential building, and fine woodworking, (with the exception of plumbing and electrical work), we most recently worked as door installation subcontractors for one of the two most popular home improvement retail outlets in the country. (Think about it....since there are only two who fit that description, it can only be one or the other!) The types of doors we contracted to install / repair for them included; interior doors, entry doors, sliding glass doors, storm doors, pocket doors, by-pass doors, bi-fold doors, bi-hinge doors, and any other type of door you can think of.

So, if you were to go to one of the retail outlets referred to above, it would be someone like myself, if not myself, who would be sent to your home to do the work! OK., now think about this: by hiring us, you'd be getting the same high quality workmanship you would expect by going to one of those retail outlets. Right? Right! OK., but, now think of the savings we can offer you since we do not have the same hugh overhead that these retail outlets have! Right? Of course that's right!! So what are you waiting for? And remember: Although our focus is in door replacement and repair, with more than 25 years of experience in residential construction, there is very little we cannot do in terms of home repair services. We perform all aspects of residential construction, from simple sheetrock repair to full fledged room additions. We are fully insured, and fully qualified to perform all of the services we offer!

Interior Trim installation: Crown molding, chair rail, Wanescotting, baseboard, door and window casing and/or treatments, door and window replacement, kitchen and bathroom cabinet installation, Staircase work -from stringers to railing & balusters- closet and garage organizers/shelving, and any type of woodworking / repair work you can think of.

Although we do not have an "hourly price" rate for the work we do, we would certainly be willing to entertain a flat rate fee arrangement for matters such as job consultations, design issues and the like. And if you absolutely must, (without a doubt, for whatever reason), have an hourly rate from us, I'd have to say $35.00 an hour, per man, with a minimum total of $150.00 for the day, (which translates roughly to equal 4 hours of work, at the least). Please keep in mind, however, that the "type" of work in question can very well affect this rate of pay.
