A fully qualified, uniformed crew performs the “Gentle” cleaning process. We are IICRC certified, background checked, and insured. Appointments are scheduled within a specified window of time for your convenience.

We are a licensed applicator of 3M Scotchgard and offer this aftercare service, keeping your carpets cleaner longer while making it easier for you to remove soiling and stains in the future.

Most furniture such as sofas, chairs and tables are moved and put back. Furniture protectors are then placed where needed. Spots are pretreated using the appropriate methods and applying the specific cleaning agent required to remove spots that will not respond to the standard cleaning process.

Steam extraction with non-toxic, environment safe detergent with portable equipment systems will be used. These methods will rinse out most soils and detergents, leaving your carpets bright and clean.

If necessary, carpet is pre-shampooed, applying a gentle agitation to loosen and suspend soil. There may be an additional charge for this service.
