I am so glad to have contacted Cesar. He and his crew were so professional and so clean. I first hired them to paint my two floor home from walls for ceilings. They did such a great job, that I asked them to come back and paint the hand railings and balusters. Cesar and his team were excellent. They were punctual, efficient, respectful and did a great job in my family room. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best to give a discount to my customers and reasonable price for the job getting done. With there being a lot of competition in this field I tend to set my prices at around the average amount for the work being asked to be done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After being in contact with a new customer, I receive permission to check out what they want me to do. I then give them a price after taking a look at everything, if they do not agree with the price then we work out the situation but if they do agree with the price I proceed to do the work asked at an available time for both parties.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being a helper and learner in this field for 5 years
