What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that you ask if the instructor is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher who is also certified in Iyengar and Vinyassa/Ashtanga. Make sure that you ask if the Pilates teacher is classically certified. Make sure your Health Counselor is certified. You should feel comfortable, safe and inspired by your instructor.
