Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure that you ask if the instructor is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher who is also certified in Iyengar and Vinyassa/Ashtanga.
Make sure that you ask if the Pilates teacher is classically certified.
Make sure your Health Counselor is certified.
You should feel comfortable, safe and inspired by your instructor.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. So important to not give away your power/wisdom. If your instructor is good, he or she will help you on cover your own true nature that is wise and loving and powerful.
