A friendly, well-presented and professional plumber who arrived exactly on time (and in very short order the same day I originally called), worked diligently, gave me honest advice about the best solution to my hot water pressure issue, and left a spotless work space.
It was a pleasure to meet someone who was totally focused on the job in hand, honest (and up-front) about the cost, and furthermore did not surprise me with any overcharge. Will be using them again for all my plumbing needs!

Lazer responded within minutes of my request. I booked using the app, but when he called I asked if he could come earlier. We agreed upon a time but he called back to indicate that he could accommodate me even earlier which was perfect.
When he arrived, I showed him the job and he provided an on the spot estimate. He gave me a suggestion for an improvement (note…..he was NOT pushy) and stated that he had the part in his truck. We agreed on the details and price , and I felt comfortable enough to ask him for an estimate on a different job in a different apartment.
We then went to assess the other issue and I immediately said “let’s do both”. He fixed both plumbing issues quickly and had me look them over. He also agreed to come back if there was ever an issue.
I then showed him a future job I’m considering and he also gave me the phone number for a contractor to work on part of the job.
I will definitely be calling Lazer back for additional work and I’m even somewhat hesitant about posting this review because I don’t want him to get too busy lol. However, I cannot be selfish because I know how much I rely on reviews. Also, it’s sometimes difficult to find quality work, trustworthiness, and professionalism for a FAIR price. Lazer had all of it and some!

Lazer and his team are the utmost professionals and very knowledgeable. We had used their services once before for a drain issue in our house and a few months later again when my parents had a water heater that needed to be replaced.
What I appreciated the most about this team was their expert knowledge and attention to detail. My parents almost went with a different company that gave them a cheaper price, but Lazer asked questions and pointed out some inconsistencies in the other company’s proposal that raised red flags for us. This team is honest and you get what you pay for. I 10/10 recommend them and will be using them again in the future.
