I contacted HVAC PRO Group about an issue with my freon needing recharging for my mini split. I submitted a time the next day, but they were able to come by right away to get it sorted. They were very responsive and quickly got my unit running as expected for very reasonable prices. Would reach out again for future issues or maintenance.

Emiliano rescheduled our appointment to come in earlier so we were able to see him same day of making the appointment. He arrived when he said he would and he spent time identifying the problem. My central air was not cooling. Upon initial inspection it appeared the system would need replacing because there was some sort of clog. Not giving up and not wanting me to have to replace the system, Emiliano consulted other professionals and came back the next day with a diagnosis. He flushed out the system and refilled with freon. He came back the following day to confirm the system is working and replaced the filter. He is professional, on time and cares about the quality of work.
