Rates vary depending on type of job and distance of travel. We try to minimize your and our costs by consulting with you first and figuring out the most cost-effective way to complete the job successfully.

- Do you offer phone support?

Yes, we do. We can even fix some minor issues remotely using a service called LogMeIn. Please call for details.

- Do the NYMG make house calls?

Yes, we make house calls and offer a pick-up/drop-off service for repairs. We can usually accommodate same day service calls.
