Question and answer

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. I work for many offices in NYC which get into very critical situations. Deadlines are due, and their computers are down. A print queue of hundreds of documents has built up, and the printer is down. I love being the guy who comes in and tells the office "It's going to be alright" and then saving the day.
