Carlos was very responsive and easy to work with. I have a rental property in the Bronx and I was not able to be there in person. He made all the arrangements for access with my tenants. Informed them of better personal habits to help control my rat infestation. He was able to seal some holes in each apartment. He identified an entry point into the house that I will get sealed. Will be in touch for future projects.

We also provide discounts for multiple properties. We offer 10% discount for new customers on initial service call.
