Our services have primarily been serving Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx and Staten Island. You name it, and I can do it. Ray Biscalia was the first to respond to my request for a furniture assembler for my son's apartment and had the best quote. My son had found another service who proved unreliable and we reached Ray just a day ahead. He was very accomodating and met us at the store, did the bulk of the loading and unloading and stayed and worked until 8:30 pm without a break to evev eat. He worked cheerfully, skillfully, and incrediblyI hard at a very reasonable charge and I recommend him highly.

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've had to deal with in professional home services, ever. They cancelled twice and failed to show up for a third time with no follow up. BEWARE!

WE pride ourselves in bringing affordability, professional craftsmanship, and reliability to our customers. That being said, we had to take a good look with our policy and procedures when it came down to customer service, specifically; appointment setting, scheduling and rescheduling. As to which, we have integrated a new telecommunication system as well as a dedicated customer representative which enables our customer based to be assured any call and appointments will be answered and kept. Thank you Rudy, without your review (good or bad) we could not be able to revise and improve our company. AS our dedication to the new and improved implementations, we would like to offer a full grout cleaning and a 50% discount on ceiling and grout recoloring. Excellent service! Ray came in and put my computer desk together quickly. He was careful to be neat and did a great job. I had no issues and his price was very reasonable. One thing I liked is that he pointed out a factory issue with my desk and he tried to fix it. It couldn't be fixed but I appreciate that he made the effort. He was neat and left the area clean. I would definitely recommend him and use the company again for future work. Thank you Ray!!!

Under the regulations of the NYC department of buildings, any project that is under $200. does not require a contractors license from the D.C.A. (please note) any company that states they are licensed Handyman are actually full pledged contractors that uses the bait and hook technique. That being said i am a registered business under a sole proprietorship. And insured for up to 1 million dollars in liability. Q. How do I pay for Handyman Services? A. all major credit cards are accepted via; paypal services, cash, or check upon completion of project. Q. How do I make an appointment with 5 boros Handyman? A. You can contact us by phone or email (the number below is to my mobile unit that has voice,text and email capability that insures prompt response. Senior Service Saturdays are one Saturday a month that we schedule repairs for Senior Citizens in need. There are no financial requirements on the part of the Senior, we do not ask that they be financially unable to pay. We are looking for a way to honor our elders and this is one of the programs we have enabled to do that. The way it works is like a lottery, if you know of a Senior that is in need of some small repairs around the house, send us an email at 5boroshandyman@gmail.com , describe the project and the person that needs the work done. We will review all of the emails we get and randomly pick projects that we can fit in. We Do Not Charge For Our Labor.
