A. What I like most about my job is the varying nature of my different projects. One day I might be surveying a Tudor-style house in the suburbs of the Bronx and the next day, I'll be modeling the facade of a new restaurant in Midtown Manhattan.
A. The most common question I get from customers is why I charge so little. The answer is because while I've been in this business for approximately 7 years now, I find that charging less gets me a broader scope of work and it justifies my taking on many projects at once. I enjoy that dynamic.
