I have been working with Coach Malcolm for a year now. He has tranformed my body and helped me to build muscle. I came to him wanting to lose a few pounds and tone up. He put my body through real Boot Camp training. I now have more energy and enjoy working out with him. He prepared me for my annual Carnival trips to Trinidad and Barbados. Because of his training, I was able to party non-stop and look great in both my bikini and costume.

Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. The most "common" job we do for our clients is getting them to modify their nutritional habits, making them conducive to weight loss and improving overall health. This is no easy task as many habits are hard to break. However, our staff is experienced in creating positive changes in our clients via nutrition!

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Do your research & ask as many questions as possible! The more you know about your service provider, the better position you'll be in to make a decision to sign up.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. The only "secret" I would like to know is how good trainers get their clients to break old habits while establishing healthy, positive ones.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Are you certified and/or insured?
Do you have experience in working with special populations?
What information do you have about persons with compulsive behaviors/disorders?

Our training staff possesses certifications, or degrees related to our industry. We are also equipped to service individuals considered to be special populations (diabetes, hypertension, obesity, etc.).

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I have over 17 years in working with teams and very large groups large groups. In this time I've developed the skill of giving intimate attention to the individuals within the groups!

I also am extremely well at "getting into the heads" of my clients, and having them believe they're capable of achieving anything they put their minds too!
