We have guys that have lost upwards of 25 pounds in over 1 month. We have guys who have been training a couple of months who won divisions 2 years and over. And most importantly, we have people who have something to look forward to every evening and afternoon after or before work.

A great place to train! Fun atmosphere, dedicated instructors and friendly students. I've trained in a few places before and I definitely saw my game improve for the better here as well as feeling stronger and more agile. I consider the instructor a friend and am proud to be associated with this school!
