James was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rate was super reasonable, best quote I could find, and he completed everything quickly. I would definitely use Pronto Assembly again and again and recommend it to anyone looking for assembly/moving/etc.

    Thanks!!

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Shop around but keep in mind you pay for what you get.
In the assembly business there's always someone who will do it for less ,but do they have the experience? will they put it together correctly? every handyman isn't handy when it comes to IKEA or (RTA ) ready to assemble furniture. So the best advice is to go with a company that specialized in IKEA or RTA and if they don't speak IKEA or don't have their own tools. Hang up ASAP They likely don't know the business or not in business. And just someone hustling trying to make an honest buck. So go with a professional check out their website, reviews on yelp.com or other sites. We hope to hear from you. Good Luck!

Q. What is your greatest strength?

A. Our greatest strengh is Patience! Patience! Patience! In the assembly business you must have patience as in anything. But more when you're dealing with the public. Most customers are in a frantic state and you have to come in and bring calm to the storm. You have to have a clear head no hang ups every job is going to be the same but in a different place, person or furniture. And our job is to be professional at all times and provide great customer service. The only way to do that is to have patience, reassure the customer everything is going to be okay and get to work. We don't rush we take our time and do it right the first time it just looks like were moving fast because were experts.
