- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
whilst we work with most budgets we also are not the cheapest out there. we favor quality and perfect catering experiences.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to find out what is important to the client and what and where they like to eat so I can offer them exactly what they are seeking!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained both technically at two culinary schools as well as fine dining restaurants. I can cook to any type of diet or aversion and am well versed on kosher, vegan, halal and auto immune disorders.
