Our hot water tank had a leak. We called BQ around 1pm. They arrived at 4:30 and assessed the tank needed to be replaced. They came back with a high quality tank, removed the old and installed the new. They had our hot water back up and running by 11pm! They were very professional, highly skilled and super friendly. The total cost was also at the perfect point as well. We highly recommend them and will be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Ben helped us fix hot water issue, it was a issue that’s been bothering us for years. Previous technicians were not able to fix the root cause issues except Ben. Ben identified the issue and fixed it. Also, he clean up our tank via some maintainence works. We also asked Ben to take a look at our AC water pump issue, previous technician quote overprice ask to fix but Ben fixed it with very reasonable price. He helped us install new external pump and make sure it’s working. Overall, Ben is the guy I’d recommend 100% to my friends.

I recently remodeled my bathroom but the plumber did a poor job with installation of the pipes. The water was not pitching the correct way causing the pipes to leak and the bath drain to back up. Upon inspection, they were able to point out the issue. They gave me a fair price and corrected the issue the same day. Haven't had any issues since
