Generally, my cooking classes are taught in 3 separate 1 hour sessions and priced at $100 for the first hour and $75 for each additional hour. The fees include all food and materials.
I offer a variety of elementary and advanced courses; from the very basic such as food indentification and proper storage and handling, knife skills, sanitation, etc., as well as advanced classes such as soup, and sauce making, brazing, grilling techniques, butchery or meats, fish, and poultry. I also offer sessions dealing with cooking great food on a budget, 10 minute meals, and a wide variety of ethnic cuisine such as Italian, Asian, French and my favorite, comfort food.
