Introduction: Being a professional Chef for over 16 years has led me to many avenues in the food industry. A few of my most recent experiences include, becoming a Food Network’s CHOPPED Champion and being invited to cook at the James Beard Foundation on Thanksgiving 2017. Along with these accomplishments, I’m a New Orleans native and a world traveler. I cook many different types of cuisine in a way that touches your soul. I love to make people happy with food!

I worked with Airis on two occasions. She helped make our event better by providing a menu of assorted gourmet sliders and sides at our show. I only had to express my needs and she took care of the rest. Airis' sliders were delicious, had great presentation and she was on-time and I didn't have to worry about the food whatsoever. The second time, I was honored to taste test one of her New Orleans inspired dishes. Airis shows creativity as a chef, she can make magic out of whatever you have in your cupboards. Her personality is laid back and never makes you feel like you should be a fancypants foodie. She just wants you to enjoy your meal. I'm looking forward to working with Airis again very soon!

Airis prepared the food for a birthday party for over 100 people. She flew in from New York to New Orleans, then traveled 90 miles away to Baton Rouge, LA where the event was held. All of the shopping and preparation yielded a wonderful dinner buffet including her signature dish 'Catfish ME-ME" to hungry southerners waiting for the New York chef and her sumptuous creations. The freshness of farm fresh vegetables and fruit left no room for birthday cake!!

Airis came highly recommended and definitely lived up to her reputation. She catered a networking gala for me and Wow'ed the entire crowd with her skills and presentation. So impressed that I hired her again as a personal chef. She is extremely personable, professional, communicative, and beyond talented. Showed up on time. Went far beyond the call of what we needed. My husband and I were featured on a TV show in Washington DC. Airis the Chef came to DC to cater the food featured on the show. The crew and guests all raved about the food. She was very professional, punctual and creative. Even though I live in Washington DC, Airis the Chef is who I call on for all my events!

Chef Airis helped with a small party I hosted. She is well versed in all types of cuisine. Myself and my guest were overwhelmingly pleased with the turn out from Airis . What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that my pricing is competitive on a high level. I do not give discounts and I charge tax and fees (transportation, equipment, groceries etc).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I access the clients needs and standards and if we match in those regards, I proceed with the job until completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in Marketing and I graduated from the Art Institute of NYC in Culinary Arts.
