Ilina was easy to contact, very responsive, and sent examples of her work and also the restoration projects. We had experienced significant water damage, and we needed the damage removed, the surface repaired, and then the mural repaired and restored. Ilina came and checked what was required, made some suggestions, and sent a very reasonable quote. At the start of the actual work, she uncovered more significant damage than we thought. But she was able to address it and do the necessary repairs, and then begin the repainting of the mural. It is beautiful, and blends well with the original work done many years ago. And all done within the anticipated time frame. Net, net, great work, professional, a pleasure to deal with, and at very reasonable pricing.
