Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. We don't specialize in any one thing. We are a FULL SERVICE production rental company. We have the capability of producing large scale events, as well as small private functions. You can rent the equipment direct from us and do everything yourself, or let our professionals take over while you concentrate on other aspects of your event.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. As for the condition of their equipment. Many rental companies have great prices, but it's always at a cost. Usually, the equipment is in such horrible condition, it doesn't warrant renting. Our company recycles it's inventory every 6 months, and updates outdated equipment during this time. So your GUARANTEED pristine equipment at all times.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Insurance requirements. Many people don't realize insurance is required for most audio and visual equipment rentals. AV equipment is very expensive, and fragile. In addition it's prone to theft, because of it's value. So, in order to protect our inventory, insurance is required for many rentals.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We've done events for the Dalai Lama, President Obama, Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren, The Kardashians, as well as countless local neighbors throwing house parties and everything in between. Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Intern as much as possible. No need for any formal education, unless your looking for an executive position, and even those can be attained much more quickly by starting on the ground floor. Learn as much as you can from the veterans of the business. Become their interns, apprentices, and you learn all the tricks of the trade in no time!

Q. What are you currently working on improving?

A. We are trying to manage our growth. It's come on quicker than we imagined. In the matter of a few months, we've tripled our volume, ALL from word of mouth referrals. We don't advertise, and we don't do any sort of marketing. It's all about one satisfied client telling another interested customer about our services. We then let our services and prices speak for themselves.
