So thankful for Abbi. I've practiced various forms of yoga for years, but I've had a few bad experiences with individual instructors. I heard about Abbi from a friend who has in-home appointments with her. My friend is very picky and doesn't allow just anyone in her home. I knew if she trusted Abbi, I could too. I have been more than pleased with her guidance and calming nature. I've had some very unique yoga instructors in the past, and their eccentricities have been somewhat off-putting. Abbi is different. She's the first instructor I've had who makes me feel at ease and not uncomfortable, not to mention the girl has serious yoga skills! I'm making gains I never thought possible!

I've been taking lessons with Abbi every week for three months now. She is a wonderful teacher, and I am loving the results. My posture has improved, as well as my strength and flexibility. She also brings relaxation into every session with massage and aromatherapy at the end. I come away feeling rejuvenated. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a patient, caring yoga instructor.

Abbi is AMAZING! I was a first timer for yoga and Abbi made me feel so comfortable and at ease with it. She has a way of knowing what my body needs and delivers every time. I love the special attention i get from private lessons. I always feel so much better after an Abbi visit!
