The first two months of the $74,650 bathroom renovation job went perfectly, and I was paying him ahead of schedule. Then, when we were about halfway through, he started missing deadlines, delaying, and creating excuses. He started asking for more money for extras not in the contract, and then he just stopped responding to my emails and calls, and has since just disappeared. My bathroom is in a half-finished state. Further internet research shows that he has gone under a couple different names (ADJ Contracting, AND Contracting, using Andrija Doordjenic and Andrija Djordjevic) and has been the subject of similar complaints in the past.
