Introduction: If you are a business owner, a consultant, or a startup looking for a graphic design partner to translate your marketing vision, into reality, look no further… My name is Robbi Muir—I am a graphic designer who creates brands that engage and emotionally connect with people. My specialty is designing logos, brand identity, print brochures, social media graphics, and Squarespace websites. I am also a children’s book author and illustrator. I offer a free 30-minute phone consultation and will prepare a free estimate for your specific design project. I also offer a 10% discount for first-time clients. I founded my design company, Muir Design in 1995, in NYC. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First time clients receive a 10% discount on the design fee for project. My base hourly rate is $75.00.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first task is to establish the scope of the project and the timeline required for delivery. I would then prepare an estimate based on what the client expressed they needed to be accomplished. I would submit the estimate and then we would discuss it, or the client would approve the work to go ahead.

B.A. Fine Arts in Art History Photography and Graphic Design Courses from Vancouver School of Art. Watercolor Artist & Illustrator
