A. Make sure you understand the type of cleaning that I'm capable of doing and that we have clear communication from the beginning.
Always do your homework and make sure that you have the necessary cleaning supplies as the work will not be performed to your expectations if I don't have the right tools and if I take a lot longer as you may rush me for another appointment!
Please let me know of the condition of your apt from the very beginning. Please fill out the questionnaire honestly and completely as I've taken the time to compile a questionnaire for you.
If you can, please pay by cash and not check.
If the fee is not within your price range, please discuss this with me so that we can settle on a fee that will work for both of us.
Please be realistically about the actual time it takes to clean your apt to the specifications that you require.

Cleaning is a lot of time under-estimated in terms of how long something takes to clean.

If I find that they have overpaid me, for the next cleaning, I'll give them the extra time that they've overpaid on even if they were generous about offering me more money for my time.
Cleaning is a very labor intensive endeavor. When I am not cleaning for my clients, I'm cleaning for myself and what I do for my clients, I also do for myself.
