- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We spend as much time as needed to get to know our client, the organization, and the nature of the engagement. We do some background research, prepare both general and focused survey questions, and encourage clients to ask us any and all questions they may have. We then determine specific next steps unique to the engagement based on mutual agreement with the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have advanced formal education and professional recognitions. This includes undergraduate studies in Systems Neuroscience and Anthropology followed by graduate degrees in Public Administration specializing in Corporate Strategy, Law & Finance from New York University, Dartmouth, and Columbia University. We further hold advanced Fellow designations in management.
