A. My advice would be to talk to the massage therapist or aesthetician about your needs and see how they would address your situation. Visit any provider to see if you would be comfortable - is the place clean, quiet, etc., Find referrals and research whether the person has a license and any complaints with the board.

A. I have over 20 years of experience as a massage and spa therapist, massage school owner and spa therapies educator. I work holistically, taking into account the physical, emotional and lifestyle factors that affect your health.
